Before You Start

For the best building experience, we recommend:

• Checking that you have received all bags, boxes and instruction materials before beginning.

• Organising pieces by bag number or section where applicable.

• Building on a clean, well-lit surface.

• Keeping smaller pieces organised so they're easier to find.

• Following the instructions in order, particularly on larger or more complex models.

Building Instructions

Depending on the set, instructions may be supplied as a physical instruction manual or digitally.

Please check the individual product description for any specific information regarding instructions.

If you're having trouble accessing the instructions supplied with your set, Contact Us with your order number and product name.

Missing a Piece?

Don't worry if you can't find a particular piece.

First, double-check the packaging, bags and your building area. Small pieces can occasionally remain inside packaging or become mixed with pieces from another stage.

If a piece is genuinely missing, visit our Missing Parts & Replacements page and send us the required information. We'll help arrange the appropriate replacement.

Difficult or Large Builds

Some of our larger sets contain thousands of pieces and are designed to provide a more challenging building experience.

Take your time, organise your pieces and complete the model section by section. If something doesn't line up correctly, it's usually worth checking the previous few steps before continuing.

Your order number, the name of the set, the instruction step you're having trouble with, and a clear photo where possible.
