  • Check around your building area, floor and packaging.

  • Review the instruction manual to confirm the part is genuinely missing.

How To Request Missing Parts

To help us identify the correct piece, please send us:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The name of the set.

  3. A clear photo of the instruction manual showing the missing part number and step.

  4. The quantity of parts missing.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Review the information provided.

  • Identify the correct replacement part(s).

  • Arrange shipment of the missing pieces where applicable.

Processing Time

Missing part requests are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days. Replacement parts are usually dispatched within the same week once confirmed.
