Welcome to Build Blox Hub. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Build Blox Hub is a UK-based retailer specialising in building block sets, display models and related products.

2. Products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, piece counts and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible.

Product colours, packaging and minor details may vary from images shown. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Build Blox Hub are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by LEGO® or other third-party brands.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are provided during checkout or on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

6. Arriving Soon & Pre-Order Products

Products marked “Arriving Soon”, “Pre-Order” or similar may not currently be held in immediately dispatchable UK stock.

Any estimated arrival or dispatch timeframe shown is an estimate and may change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier, supplier or customs delays.

Where a material delay occurs, we will provide appropriate information and options in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances of your purchase and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

For individual missing building pieces, please also refer to our Missing Parts & Replacements process.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Brands

All trademarks, brand names, product names and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands are used only where appropriate to identify, describe or explain compatibility or the subject matter of a product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Build Blox Hub is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with third-party building block brands.

Content created by Build Blox Hub for this website, including original text, graphics and branding, may not be reproduced without permission where protected by applicable law.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update products, prices, content and website functionality when necessary.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applying to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed.
