30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Build Blox Hub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

For building block sets, all pieces, accessories, manuals and other contents must be returned. Where sealed internal bags have been opened, or a set has been assembled or partially assembled, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the handling has reduced the value of the item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at buildbloxhub@gmail.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, return or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

ORIGINAL DELIVERY COSTS

Where required by UK consumer law, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid on the original order. Additional costs for enhanced or express delivery options may not be refundable.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. UK consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them.

Build Blox Hub reserves the right to make an appropriate deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and this has reduced their value.
